Senior Technical Consultant – Modern Digital Workplace

Are you an experienced Microsoft technology professional ready to lead complex digital workplace transformations? As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will take ownership of designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and future-ready digital workplace environments, including tenant-to-tenant migrations and hybrid cloud integrations. You will leverage advanced Microsoft solutions such as Windows Admin Center, PowerShell automation, Azure Arc, Azure Policy, Azure Update Manager, Microsoft Defender, and IaaS virtual machines. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to guide organizations through modernization initiatives while mentoring junior and mid-level consultants to build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Strategy
: Lead the design of enterprise-grade architectures for modern digital workplaces aligned with Microsoft 365, Azure, and security best practices.

Windows Server in Azure
: Architect and oversee deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Windows Server workloads in Azure.

Tenant-to-Tenant Migration Leadership
: Define migration strategies for Microsoft 365 tenants, ensuring minimal disruption, data integrity, and compliance.

Identity & Access Management
: Design and implement advanced Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) configurations, including conditional access, MFA, and zero-trust security models.

Endpoint Management & Policy Enforcement
: Drive enterprise-level Intune solutions for device lifecycle management, application deployment, and compliance enforcement.

Cloud Virtualization & Optimization
: Architect and optimize Microsoft Win365 cloud PC environments for large-scale deployments.

Security & Compliance Governance
: Establish and enforce security frameworks using Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Center, and compliance policies.

Automation & Efficiency
: Develop advanced PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to streamline deployments and operational tasks.

Collaboration & Productivity Enablement
: Integrate Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive solutions for enhanced collaboration and business continuity.

Windows 11 Enterprise Deployment
: Standardize and optimize Windows 11 images for global enterprise rollouts.

Experience
: 7+ years in technical consulting, architecture, or engineering roles with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and security.

Certifications (Highly Preferred):

• AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Architect Expert
