As part of this project, your role as an OTC TL will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client's organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in English;
  • Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics;
  • Previous work experience in OTC and people management experience;
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills;
  • PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Drive for performance, results and improvements proactively;
  • Able to handle escalations and business review sessions;
  • Team player, open and co-operative;
  • Stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure OTC activities are conducted accurately and timeliness, as per the SLAs and KPIs in place;
  • Prepare, generate, dispatch accurate and timely invoices for clients;
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments;
  • Customer Master Data management and customer and bank statements reconciliation;
  • Streamline and improve documented procedures (SOPs) and ensure that all updates are properly recorded;
  • Assist in training staff and developing processes within department;
  • Manage period closing records along with preparation of required financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends;
  • Ensure smooth external and internal audit;
  • Prepare various reports, analysis, dashboards, as per the client and business needs;
  • People Management – be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team.
