An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a pioneering 3D space planning platform revolutionizing office leasing. We are looking for an Office Space Planning Architect to join this organization.

Main objectives :
Create office space planning in Autocad and ensure the accurate and appropriate product implementation from an architectural and fit-out perspective, working closely with the 3D team to innovate real estate solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
  • Identify and implement improvements to existing projects and working flow
  • Create / correct 2D plans for office space plans
  • Follow architectural trends and advancements
  • Design and deliver workspace concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and user experience
  • Translate client needs into spatial strategies that can be implemented through our digital platform
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of architects, product designers, and engineers
  • Engage with some of the biggest real estate developers in the world

Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in office projects
  • Graduated from architecture or interior architecture
  • Good technical skills (AutoCAD, fast learner of new tools)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and short scheduled tasks
  • Teamwork
  • Creative thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a drive to get things done

Certifications:

  • Graduated from architecture or interior architecture
