Job Title: Program Manager / Project Manager

Location – Bucharest, Romania - Hybrid work

Job Type – Contract 6+ Months with possible extensions.

Experience – 8+ years

Job Details:

Program/Project Manager - (SOX Legacy DORY MPS Support)

Responsibility is to have them work as a team to manage wherever the greatest needs are, primarily with a region per person as a focus point.

Key deliverable is to ensure that all legacy MPS accounts are SOX key attribute checked AND corrected within the required time frame.

Key Skills

  1. Project Management

  2. Strong planning, scheduling, and resource allocation skills. Required.

  3. Risk management and mitigation planning. Preferred.

  4. Stakeholder Management

  5. Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and regions.

  6. Skilled in influencing and aligning SDMs and ABMs to compliance goals.

  7. Connect and work with regional DORY teams and Regional MS CBA Leads.

  8. Communication & Reporting

  9. Clear and concise communication of deadlines, expectations, and compliance requirements.

  10. Regular reporting to program leadership and audit teams.

  11. Time Management & Prioritization

  12. Ensuring timely execution of SOX checks within tight deadlines.

  13. Prioritizing tasks based on risk and business impact.

  14. Analytical Thinking

  15. Ability to analyse and identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
