We're looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our team and help shape the future of AR software. If you have experience in Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, and Coroutines, and enjoy working on cutting-edge technology, we'd love to interview you

About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Develop high-performance Kotlin applications for AR devices.
  • Build intuitive Jetpack Compose UIs optimized for AR interactions.
  • Implement efficient Coroutines for smooth performance and responsiveness.
  • Work closely with our AI and AR teams to create seamless, next-gen experiences.
  • Optimize and debug performance across Android and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to bring ideas to life.

What You Bring

What We're Looking For (Required)

  • Jetpack Compose – Strong UI development experience.
  • Kotlin – Deep understanding of modern Kotlin development.
  • Coroutines – Experience with asynchronous programming and performance optimization.
  • Extensive knowledge of Android app development.

Very Nice to Have

  • Android IPC – Inter-process communication experience.
  • A/V experience – Working with audio/video processing.
  • WebRTC – Real-time communication technologies.
  • AOSP – Experience with the Android Open Source Project.

Nice to Have

  • Kotlin Multiplatform – Cross-platform development experience.
  • SwiftUI – Familiarity with iOS UI development.
  • Being based in Bucharest (Romania) or Bern (Switzerland) is a big plus.
