Now we are looking for a new colleague, an Innovation Engineer, who will help us shape the next generation of solutions at the intersection of energy systems and AI.

What you'll work on:

-> Writing and structuring technical documentation & reports in the energy domain;

-> Supporting research and development of AI-driven solutions for energy management;

-> Contributing to advanced analytics for industry, buildings, and energy communities;

-> Designing and testing digital tools with real-world impact;

-> Working in cross-functional teams and communicating with partners & stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

-> Strong technical writing skills in English (interview will be in English);

-> Knowledge of Python (medium level);

-> Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel;

-> Understanding of AI/ML algorithms and experience working with LLMs (GPT, Mistral, etc.);

-> Minimum 3 years professional experience, with at least 1-2 years in AI-related work;

-> Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively;

-> Experience in the energy sector is a strong advantage.

Location: Cluj-Napoca (on-site for the first 6 months, then hybrid possible)

Salary: €1,200 – €1,800 net/month

Contract: 1 year with the possibility of extension, 3-month probation period.
