Job Description

Main objective:

• Realization of IT Cost Saving Measures
• Support within division Measures, BBM Performance IT Measures as well and Migration Scenarios to reduce the total division IT Cost through Cleansing, Migration, and Consolidation

Activities / Responsibilities:

Analysis and Measure definition

• Active Analysis of IT-Spend
• Identification of IT-cost saving potential / creation of proposals in coordination with BDO-PU contact
• Close cooperation with the BDO-PU Team and local organization
• Submitting collective requests and tracking implementation

Roll-Out of cleansing measures

• Support local organization in the implementation of measures.
• Monitoring tools for the analysis and visualization of IT costs
• Creation of reports and preparation of data
• Support with ITSP Orders for the realization of cleansing measures

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and experience in working with an international team.
• Very good English skills both written and spoken, German would be a plus.
• Experience in Power BI, and capable of creating Power BI Dashboard and producing well-founded data analyses.
• Solution-oriented mindset and self-driven working approach.
• IT affinity.
• University studies.
