Responsibilities:

  • Plans raw material deliveries from suppliers according to customer demands
  • Integrates, creates, sends and monitors orders based on stock levels and customer demands
  • Takes the necessary actions in order to meet delivery deadlines
  • Implements and controls inventory levels according to targets
  • Constantly monitors and keeps close contact with main strategic suppliers in terms of delivery plans
  • Implements and monitors KPI achievement: backlog reduction, OTD in order to assure smooth planification and production in line with customer demands

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Advanced English,
  • Advanced MS-Office;
  • Experience of at least 3 years in the automotive field or in similar fields;
  • Experience in maintaining order management with suppliers
  • Advanced presentation skills;
  • Ability to manage change of priorities for several projects at the same time;
  • SAP knowledge is a plus;
