Your role- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities (Manage candidate information, create requisition, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, reporting, etc.);
- Provide clarification of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures across teams;
- Create & update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool;
- Contribute to team "Business As Usual" activities such as hiring, process improvement, service standardization, etc.;
- Develop, mentor, and coach junior members.
- Valid experience of 6 months in HR domain (ideally recruitment);
- Good verbal and written communication skills - English B2 and French C1;
- Handle employee requests according to the project deadlines;
- Resolve Talent acquisition related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date;
- Strong Analytical skills for the reporting
