Role description:

Were now hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer to help us operate, monitor and maintain our large-scale hybrid cloud operations, primarily focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The Job role is part of our cross-functional R&D team, reporting to the CTO.

  • Serve as the primary responsible for the maintenance and operation of our large-scale hybrid cloud infrastructure with a focus on GCP, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security
  • Oversee the existing CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration using Docker, and work with development and data science on release planning and roll-out
  • Collaborate closely with the Data team and Development teams to ensure the production platform remains robust and scalable, aligning with business needs and growth
  • Maintain and improve monitoring of performance and costs and alerts triggering 
  • Establish processes for and participate in operations alerts and incidents
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the production infrastructure, acting quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime, and working closely with our external operation partners.

Profile : 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a DevOps or Operations role, with a strong emphasis on managing large-scale cloud infrastructure and operations, particularly GCP. 
  • Experience with container orchestration using Docker, CloudRun and Kubernetes 
  • Experience with DataFlow Experience with Storage technologies as BigQuery, Spanner, Cloud Storage and standard SQL Experience with infrastructure as code and Terraform 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills in English
