About the Role

Junior SAP Consultant
who's excited to learn, grow, and make an impact.

You'll work with experienced colleagues, explore different SAP modules (like Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and beyond), and help bring business processes to life across the STIHL Group.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• You're curious about SAP and eager to learn (experience with QM, PM, or other ERP systems is a plus, but not required)
• You have a degree in Economics, Engineering, IT, or a related field, and you are interested in how businesses run their supply chain, logistics, or production
• You have strong analytical thinking skills and are eager to learn design thinking to help set up processes in SAP
• You are excited to build technical skills (ABAP basics, Fiori apps, OData) and understand how SAP connects end-to-end processes
• You enjoy solving problems and like to break complex things down into simple solutions
• You bring a structured, detail-oriented way of working while keeping a "big picture" mindset
• You like working in a team, learning from others, and sharing your ideas
• You're proactive, open-minded, and solution-oriented
• You're fluent in English (German is a bonus)
• You're comfortable in international environments and like connecting with people from different cultures.

What You'll Be Doing (and Learning):

• Support colleagues and business users in SAP S/4HANA (starting with QM/PM modules and growing into other areas)
• Learn how to analyze business needs and turn them into smart SAP solutions with the guidance of senior consultants
• Get hands-on practice in customizing and improving SAP processes
• Help prepare and deliver training sessions for end users
• Collaborate with international teams to continuously improve our global SAP template
• Gain exposure to integration topics between SAP modules and external systems
• Develop both technical and business know-how in a real-world, supportive environment
