- Lead the financial planning and reporting process across the entire company, being an integral part of the management teams. Responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and reviewing financial statements and performance indicators.
- Lead and integrates the efforts of the finance department to reach key strategic decisions of the company regarding existing departments and new business opportunities.
- Provide valuable financial and business insights, supporting decision-making to drive financial and operational efficiency for successful projects/programs that result in performance growth.
- Design and lead a robust and agile company-wide cost optimization program, aiming to manage an agile Cost Management program to support the detailed budget and long-term plan for the local market to meet OPEX and CAPEX objectives.
- Ensures the complete, correct, and timely preparation of planning, forecasting, and reporting exercises. Sets constructive challenges as a business partner to deliver performance.

- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; an MBA is considered a strong asset.
- Bring over 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, audit, internal controls, and team leadership.
- Demonstrate advanced technical competencies including strategic thinking, assertiveness, financial and data analysis, accounting expertise, and high-level business communication in English.
- Have a comprehensive, strategic view of the business with a strong focus on operational efficiency and profitability.
- Excel in numerical and analytical reasoning, with proven ability to interpret and visualize complex data sets.
- Technologically inclined, with a solid understanding of the economic impact of implementing and commercializing emerging technologies.
- Highly skilled in delivering impactful presentations and communicating effectively across diverse audiences; fluent in English.
- Skillful at influencing and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of building and sustaining high-value relationships.
- Experienced in financial modeling, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
- Recognized as an open-minded, results-driven, and customer-oriented professional with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledgeable in process and project management, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in dynamic environments.
