Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate the Customer Care team to achieve performance goals and KPIs
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Prepare performance reports and propose optimization strategies
