Job Title: Solar Power Solution Manager

Job Location: Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain close collaboration with internal Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Conduct market analysis to support the definition of sales strategies and product roadmaps
• Lead product planning by analyzing technical requirements, product functionality, and licensing needs
• Deliver product and solution presentations to customers and channel partners
• Represent the company in technical seminars, webinars, and industry events
• Support customers with planning, system configuration, and resolving technical issues
• Monitor and analyze trends in the solar inverter market to inform product development
• Evaluate competitor strategies and operational approaches for benchmarking
• Collaborate with customers on technical solution validation and optimization, ensuring leading-edge performance
• Translate customer technical requirements into tailored product and solution proposals
• Review and enhance technical solutions for key projects, including cost estimations and bill of materials preparation
• Adhere to and execute internal processes in line with standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Support project bidding processes by preparing accurate quotations and BOMs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth
• Track purchase orders and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, Photovoltaics, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of solar inverter fundamentals and energy storage technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities
• Comfortable working under pressure and committed to continuous learning and development
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
• Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes
