Responsabilități

  • Vei defini
    direcția
    tehnologică a theMarketer, asigurând coerență între viziunea de business și soluțiile tehnice pe care le oferim.
  • Te implici direct în
    dezvoltare
    (Laravel, VueJS, MongoDB), contribuind la module cheie, integrările API, și optimizarea codului, performanței și securității.
  • Coordonezi
    echipa tehnică, stabilești priorități, planifici lansări și te asiguri că tot ce livrăm e de calitate și în termene.
  • Colaborezi cu echipele de produs și business pentru a transforma feedback-ul utilizatorilor în funcționalități clare, utile și diferențiatoare pe piață.
  • Asiguri
    scalabilitatea și stabilitatea platformei
    ; lucrezi cu infrastructură cloud și practici moderne DevOps pentru livrare continuă și fiabilitate.
  • Inspiri inovație: urmărești cele mai bune practici și tehnologii emergente, și le adaptezi la contextul our platform.

Cerințe

  • Minimum
    5 ani experiență
    în roluri tehnice avansate (Senior Developer / Tech Manager / CTO).
  • Experiență practică și în profunzime cu
    Laravel
    (backend),
    VueJS
    (frontend) și
    MongoDB
    (schema design, optimizare).
  • Familiaritate cu REST API-uri, microservicii, integrări cu sisteme e-commerce & CRM & ERP.
  • Experiență cu cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) și cu procese de DevOps: CI/CD, containerizare (Docker / Kubernetes) etc.
  • Abilități de
    leadership și management al echipei
    – comunicare, coaching, planificare, monitorizare.
  • Mentalitate
    antreprenorială
    – simți proprietate asupra produsului, iei decizii strategice și rapide, îți place să vezi cum produsul crește și evoluează.
