What You Can Expect

• In our projects, you independently support executives from well-known clients in various industries in digitizing their core business, embedded in our project teams.
• You are the main operational contact person for customers and you assume initial project leadership (responsibility for discussion and presentation of results) and content responsibility of your project
• You translate the latest technology trends into innovative business ideas and derive sustainable business models and strategies.
• Through customer, competitor, and best-practice analyses, you create well-founded decision-making bases. You strategically involve knowledge and experience holders on the client side in innovative workshop formats to contribute to the results.
• You review project deliverables to ensure high-quality output — verifying that results are clearly and accurately presented, the narrative is coherent, materials are tailored to the target audience, content aligns with customer priorities, and all potential client questions are addressed.

What You Bring Along

• An above-average completed degree, ideally with a focus on business, technology, IT, or innovation.
• You bring at least 4 years of experience from a recognized management consultancy, or alternatively, 5–6 years of hands-on experience in the digital domain within a corporate environment.
• Solid experience and enthusiasm for several of the following topics: Digital business models, corporate strategy, change management, transformation management, (agile) organizational development, coaching, multi-channel, customer experience, CRM, M/E-commerce, IT systems, IoT, connected life.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Results-driven mindset.
• Leadership potential or initial people management experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Czech and English.
