Your Mission

Plan, design and implement multi-channel direct marketing campaigns that deliver higher conversion rates targeting Raiffeisen bank Romania customer base.

using Campaign Management Systems in order to support business strategic objectives and customer development strategies.

The role will cover campaigns like activation, sales, usage stimulation, event triggered and will be deployed using all communication channels available and various Campaign Management Systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud being the prominent one.

Your day-to-day:

You are going to wok in Campaign Force Squad and contribute to the Retail objectives like selling volumes, usage of services, regular digital and contextual communication, and campaigns uplift. In your daily activities you will:

  • Work with Business Campaign Managers, Product Owners, Product Managers from Retail to collect and centralize campaign requests;
  • Analyze campaign requirements to understand campaign mechanics, selection criteria for the target, personalization, channel mix, materials used, personalization parameters and how the success will be measured.
  • Provide recommendation and advises upon optimization solutions in the context of campaign mechanisms: selection criteria, channels of targeting, A/B testing, success measurement and establish expected volumes for communications.
  • Manage campaign execution in all campaign systems: design the journey in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, design the script to extract the data in the format needed to feed the journey, extract data with SAS and further build automations in Marketing Cloud using data loaded in data extensions. Finally test, adjust, and execute the journeys and monitor the results.
  • Actively contributes to the developments & enhancements of campaign systems and data framework. Define requirements for developments and improvements for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated platforms such as Digital Personalization Platform and actively participate in the analysis phase and in UAT phase. Define requirements for campaign DataMart and for campaign reporting.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects like campaign/communication channels analysis dashboards and contribute to futures developments of campaign tool(s) like real-time campaigns, new channels & integrations with other Banks systems.

Technical knowledge

  • Experience in using specialized software for database management (MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL, SAS, AMPscript).
  • Proficiency in using SQL query languages in day today tasks
  • Experience in using a Campaign Management system such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS Campaign, Responsys, UNICA IBM is an advantage.
