Profilul pe care îl căutăm
:

  • Diplomă de master în Statistică, Matematică sau un domeniu similar.
  • Competențe solide în utilizarea instrumentelor de vizualizare a datelor, în special PowerBI.
  • Experiență dovedită în lucrul cu seturi mari de date și baze de date relaționale, inclusiv cunoștințe avansate de SQL.
  • Capacitatea de a modela și reconstitui baze de date (reverse engineering).
  • Abilități analitice și de rezolvare a problemelor.
  • Capacitatea de a transpune cerințele de business în specificații tehnice și de a comunica eficient concluziile atât către public tehnic, cât și non-tehnic.
  • Excelente abilități de comunicare și relaționare.
  • Atenție sporită la detalii și angajament față de documentarea proceselor.
  • Cunoștințe solide de limba engleză, atât scris cât și vorbit.

Responsabilități:

  • Dezvoltarea și implementarea de soluții locale de suport pentru luarea deciziilor, inclusiv analize ad-hoc și segmentări. Utilizarea de tehnici precum previziuni de bază pentru înțelegerea tendințelor.
  • Identificarea de oportunități de îmbunătățire a raportării și creare de valoare nouă prin analiza datelor.
  • Analiza și optimizarea indicatorilor de performanță (KPI) pentru a încuraja îmbunătățirile orientate spre rezultate.
  • Proiectarea, construirea și întreținerea dashboard-urilor PowerBI pentru a vizualiza indicatorii cheie de performanță și a oferi perspective acționabile.
  • Monitorizarea și evaluarea performanței dashboard-urilor, asigurând validitatea și acuratețea datelor.
  • Crearea și optimizarea interogărilor Google Data Pool (GDP) pentru extragerea și transformarea datelor în scopuri de analiză și raportare.
  • Colaborarea cu echipa corporativă pentru a dezvolta și îmbunătăți modelele de segmentare, asigurând alinierea cu modelele și standardele internaționale de date.
  • Documentarea proceselor de date, analizelor și dezvoltării dashboard-urilor pentru a asigura reproductibilitatea și integritatea datelor.
  • Gestionarea și versionarea codului și documentației aferente datelor, respectând cele mai bune practici.
  • Participarea la planificarea sprinturilor, ședințele zilnice, review-urile de sprint și retrospectivele, în cadrul procesului de dezvoltare Agile/Scrum.
  • Menținerea la curent cu cele mai noi soluții tehnice și tendințe din domeniul analizei și vizualizării datelor.
