Join us in our mission to deliver quality and innovation to the market Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-Site)Languages Required:Romanian (C1)English (B2)Flexible Working Hours:40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with 8-hour shifts in rotational shifts.Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PMSaturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (local market time zone) Your Typical Day and Key Responsibilities:Assist customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience. Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients and ensuring their satisfaction.Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers. Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
