As a Tech Lead Software Developer, you will be responsible for guiding a team of passionate developers, setting technical standards, and steering mission-critical projects that shape the future of safety and digital landscapes worldwide.

The DATX platform is a cutting-edge solution that replaces the TCIS tool, providing a comprehensive platform for monitoring chemical products used by Thales sites. The new platform, called Epsilon, will integrate with the DATX platform, aiming to develop a tool that replaces Hygie and connects seamlessly with external clients.

You will be part of a squad responsible for developing the Epsilon module, ensuring the tracking of deliverables according to the development schedule, and providing technical guidance to the development team. Deliveries will be made in line with strategies and needs defined by the Tribe Tech lead, the Tech Lead, and the Product Owner (PO) of the Epsilon module.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • ">
  • Understand functional aspects of delivery by constructively discussing with the Product Owner.">
  • Develop, build, test, deploy, and run in production.">
  • Set and apply best practices (development and operational best practices), code quality, security standard, and corresponding KPIs.">
  • Actively contribute to technical solution definition and improvements.">
  • Validate technical orientations/choices and developments made by developers and participate in code review.">
  • Ensure alignment of developments with the technical repository (Document base – Miro Architecture plan).">
  • Integrate into the team as a developer for certain features.">
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Backlog refinement – Validation of user story estimation, responsible for DoR and DoD within the scope of action, preparation of sprint reviews, etc.).">
