Job Description

We are transforming the automotive retail industry, revolutionizing the way people buy cars and fixing a broken market.

Our company is growing rapidly, with operations in three countries: Greece, Poland, and Romania. We have a large fleet of vehicles available for our customers.

In April 2022, we launched our Romanian branch, which is located at Sema Parc. Our headquarters is based in this region, and we have a significant presence in the local community.

At our company, we rely on our team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed client expectations. As a Car-Park Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing an excellent first impression for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet all visitors/clients with a friendly approach.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Ensure the reception area is visually appealing, clean, organized, and well-presented.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional assistance and support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and natural ability to build rapport with customers.
