Job Title: Customer Service Representative with Romanian

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team for a temporary position lasting 2-4 months.

Your typical day will involve engaging in outbound campaigns to connect with customers, providing them with information and assistance to enhance their experience.

Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry is crucial to offer precise information and support during outbound interactions.

You will also conduct research to gather relevant information and deliver accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers through outbound campaigns to provide information and assistance.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, brand, and industry.
  • Conduct research to gather relevant information and deliver accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Near Native level of Romanian, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
