Research Coordinator

A professional opportunity has arisen for a Research Coordinator to join our team in a Sponsor dedicated capacity. This role presents a chance to apply your skills and experience in the field of clinical research, working on a variety of projects and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study Initiation: Ensure that all study-related documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Site Monitoring: Conduct site visits to assess the quality and integrity of site practices, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines.
• Progress Management: Track regulatory submissions, subject recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolutions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaboration: Work closely with experts at study sites and client representatives to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• University degree in a scientific discipline or health care.
• Experience in Pharma Industry and/or Clinical Trials environment performing independent monitoring for at least 2 years.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Excellent command of Romanian and English language, with a strong ability to communicate complex information effectively.
• Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Flexibility to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
