Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully install and commission industrial refrigeration systems in line with client needs and specifications.
  • Perform regular checks, maintenance activities and services to ensure optimal equipment conditions and system lifespan.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, ensuring solutions meet their expectations.
  • Document service activities through detailed reports and work logs.
  • Maintain adherence to HSE protocols and comply with industry standards, norms and regulations.
  • Provide on-site support and interventions across Romania.
  • Work in diverse environments, including low-temperature conditions as needed.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Technical expertise and knowledge of refrigeration systems (compressors, condensers, air coolers, valve stations, pumps, etc.) and industrial automation.
  • Diagnostics skills using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Good English language proficiency is desired.
  • Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to travel countrywide.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
