Responsibilities
  • Content Review and Analysis: You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing online videos, social media content, web pages, and advertisements for compliance with our requirements.
  • Daily Content Examination: Examine daily content in various formats, including text, images, audio, and video, to identify non-compliant content and flag it for action.
  • Policies and Guidelines: Stay up-to-date with customer-shared content policies and guidelines, providing feedback for improvements as needed.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Train other team members on daily tasks when urgent and requested by your manager, and gain a comprehensive understanding of adjacent and cross-policies.
Qualifications

We seek candidates with previous experience in content moderation, a high school degree, and advanced Spanish language skills (C1 level) along with a minimum B2 level of English proficiency. Familiarity with digital advertising or online businesses is also preferred. Additionally, you should possess strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
