Inviting applications for the role of Insurance Credit & Surety – Process Associate – English - Remote ROWorks with Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities.


Responsibilities • Check the requests received from the client, assign and complete them based on their requirements• Administer insurance policies in the client systems and issue invoices on the basis of the client’s requests• Reconcile the deals by identifying and correcting the mismatch between expected and received premium payments• Create new partners in the client application system and trigger financial checks for them (AML- anti money laundry and ITC International trade control)• Prepare the reports to identify the outdated partners, inform the client afterwards and update them based on the documents received from Underwriters;• Clarify deviations, incorrect data with SR's internal departaments;• Adhere to team’s SLA’s as per the contract agreement with the client.
