Executive IT Leader for Mergers and Acquisitions

Mondelēz International is seeking an Executive IT Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Due Diligence process for assigned deals and ensuring successful handover in support of the acquisition process.

You will work closely with the MDS M&A Director as well as the Corp Dev M&A deal team and leverage your in-depth IT knowledge to liaise with the standing IT organization to ensure timely delivery of the Due Diligence process and preparation for Sign to Close and post close activities.

• Assume a key role for MDS throughout the entire M&A deal process, including accountability for Due Diligence for assigned deals and collaboration with the MDS regional leader(s) on sign to close and post close activities.
• Manage the full life-cycle of MDS activities associated with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activity - from the initial evaluation of a potential divestiture, through execution of the project and closure.
• Establish effective stakeholder management with the Corp Dev M&A team, regional business teams, and extended MDS tower SMEs.

This role requires:

• Serving as a trusted advisor to M&A director, the corporate development team, and the broader MDS teams.
• Assessing the targets technology environment and suitability to integrate with MDLZ via M&A due diligence.
• Articulating the quality and performance of the Target company's IT environment, including security.
• Analyzing IT costs; including cost synergies that may arise from the merger.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A robust understanding and knowledge of the following: M&A (acquisitions and divestitures), IT, and project management.
• Experience within medium & large programsto appreciate the complexity of merging a separate business into Mondelēz systems.
• Project management experience, planning, budget management, and reporting.
• Strong Excel and PPT skills.
