Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Architect to lead and manage our cloud infrastructure team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the architectural integrity and operational efficiency of our cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Cloud Platform team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the architectural planning and strategic development of cloud solutions.
  • Consult and assist in the creation of secure and efficient architectures within public cloud environments.
  • Monitor cloud resource usage and implement cost-effective measures.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance requirements across all cloud operations.
  • Oversight of network infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Stay informed on the latest cloud technologies and trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics or similar field of study.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Proven experience in cloud architecture with expertise in AWS and Azure.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
  • Solid understanding of security, compliance, and networking in cloud environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Very good English & German communication skills.
