Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in Ploiesti, Romania.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our Distribution Center Manager and 3PL partner, supporting seamless operations and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on knowledge of logistics operations and controlling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report performance, operational efficiency, and service quality in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Support the DC Manager and 3PL partner with regular reporting, financial insights, and data-driven analysis.
  • Perform in-depth analyses to identify performance gaps and areas for operational improvement.
  • Define and maintain reporting frameworks aligned with global guidelines and DC audit routines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in controlling, ideally in logistics or warehouse environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and business case development.
  • Solid planning, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Romanian and English.
