Job Description

Veeam Backup and Replication is a reliable solution that enables us to verify the recoverability of backups, recover instantly, and test upgrades in an isolated environment before putting them in production.

We are looking for a Virtualization Backup Engineer who will support Veeam Backup and Replication solution. This person will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and analysis, including log file investigation.

The Virtualization Backup Engineer will act as a technical focal point in relationships with fellow IT Professionals, taking ownership of customer problems or issues from the beginning of a support case through resolution.

This role requires strong technical skills, including advanced user or administrative level with Windows OS 2008(r2)/2012(r2)/2016, practical knowledge of TCP/IP, networking configuration/troubleshooting, and ability to quickly learn and explain technical information.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, fluent English, and excellent time management skills.
