Debt Collector Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships, communicating effectively with customers, and resolving any issues promptly. They will also need to collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely collection and minimize credit risk.

This role requires a high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in finance, accounting, or a related field, and be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
