Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs that simplify complex concepts and eliminate areas of confusion.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, with experience in creating web-based or SaaS applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to plan, document, and lead interactive projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be immersed in UX best practices, able to recommend procedural changes and efficiency improvements. They will also possess a designer's eye, able to translate complex concepts into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting user-centered designs that meet business goals and user needs
  • Devising interaction strategies and developing navigation and structure
  • Facilitating internal team communication and bridging the gap between content, user research, functional development, design system, and product
  • Presenting design solutions to all levels of stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong UX Design experience in a software or web development environment
  • Deep understanding of the Interactive Development Process
  • Immersed in UX best practices and able to recommend procedural changes and efficiency improvements
  • A Designer's Eye – able to translate complex concepts into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes
  • Experience working in and contributing to Design Systems
  • Experience working within Agile teams – Jira knowledge required
  • Bachelor's Degree in HCI or Graphic Design and/or relevant field of study, or equivalent commercial experience
