Job Description

As a key member of our Integrations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop automated tests for integrations and functional scenarios, including backend, frontend, and data storage systems.

You will work closely with systems analysts, development teams, and other QA team members to analyze technical specifications and use cases, creating various test case scenarios. Your expertise in Java, SQL, Rest APIs, frameworks like Junit, TestNG, and tools like POSTMAN, SOAPUI will be instrumental in developing and implementing testing strategies for software products.

In addition to developing automated tests, you will also be responsible for maintaining test documentation, validating tests written by other testers, conducting test cycles using functional, integration, and load testing, and evaluating test results to prepare reports and suggest quality improvements.

Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in load testing, stress testing, working with large volumes of data, and data quality testing. You must also have a solid understanding of different types of testing, API knowledge, and proficiency in Git, Jenkins, Selenium, and automated testing tools like TestNG and JUnit.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in load testing, stress testing, and data quality testing
  • API knowledge and testing: REST, SOAP, Swagger, Postman
  • Knowledge of networking: HTTP/HTTPS, request/response cycles, and status codes
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, Relational Databases
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, Selenium, and automated testing tools
