- Provide accurate and optimal IT solutions to customers;

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer and support issues effectively;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on existing backlogs and meeting project performance indicators;
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Fluent German and English language skills (B2/C1);
- A strong background in customer service, with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills;
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment, multitask, and adapt to changing situations;
- Availability to work flexible hours, including shifts if required.
