• Implement efficient deployment strategies to ensure timely and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop cutting-edge solutions.
• Design and implement scalable distributed systems using microservices architecture.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and apply them to solve complex client challenges.
• Utilize DevOps tools and practices to streamline software development and deployment.
• Lead or contribute to the entire software consulting and delivery lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Mentor junior peers through technical guidance and leadership skills.

• Significant experience with Java programming language.
• Proficiency in frontend development with React or Angular.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code and comfortable with Object-Oriented programming.
• Active presence in the external tech community through sharing expertise.
• Comfortable with Agile methods, including Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, and Kanban.
• Strong influencing and communication skills, with a focus on technical excellence.
• Ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives and remain resilient.
• Familiarity with cloud technology, including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
