Cloud Backup Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Backup Specialist to join our team.

Description:

  • Monitor and maintain CyberVault backups in Azure and AWS environments ensuring seamless SLA compliance.

  • Collaborate with client teams to investigate and resolve backup failures, implementing efficient solutions.

  • Conduct regular recovery tests from CyberVault backups within isolated environments guaranteeing data integrity.

  • Support the development of comprehensive CyberVault recovery testing strategies, including on-premise solutions.

  • Provide actionable performance reports and insights on backup efficiency, enabling data-driven decision making.

  • Work closely with infrastructure automation and testing teams using Terraform and Python.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with native backup solutions in AWS or Azure is essential.

  • Familiarity with cloud-native backup tools and architectures is desirable.

  • Proficiency in scripting with Python and use of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform is required.

  • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub is necessary.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to conduct backup/recovery tests is crucial.
