Our Control Centre Solutions are developed and distributed by Frequentis in the business segments Air Traffic Management and Public Safety & Transport. In these segments, we provide solutions for police, fire and rescue services, emergency medical services, vessel traffic, railways, civil and military air traffic control, aeronautical information management, and air defence.

We have over 2300 people worldwide, with subsidiaries, regional offices and representatives in over 50 countries. Our local team in Cluj has 170+ colleagues and is growing.

You will be part of the local IT support for Frequentis Group, handling administrative and facility management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate IT equipment acquisition activities
  • Setup and maintain IT equipment, including installation of operating systems and apps
  • Provide assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters
  • Configure and maintain the local network

In this role, you will also:

  • Provide Level 2 support, working closely with colleagues from Vienna
  • Act as local contact for Frequentis Group IT
  • Coordinate the annual inventory process for the local subsidiary
  • Maintain the security policy and aspects related to it

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with setting up and configuring Windows Systems
  • Experience with ticketing tools
  • Technical knowledge in the networking area
  • Good English skills (both written and spoken)
