IT Infrastructure Specialist with SAP Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operation of assigned IT business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead operational support teams for IT business platforms
• Manage platform releases and associated support teams in collaboration with IT release management
• Develop and maintain technical operations and governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with governance, data protection, and security standards
• Work closely with IT business partners to align on platform roadmaps and upcoming changes
• Provide support and advisory services for IT projects, focusing on technical governance and IT architecture specifications

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex IT architectures and processes
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect SAP, with extensive knowledge of SAP Cloud products (S/4 Public Cloud, BTP, BW4, Fieldglass)
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) and SAP license cost calculations
• Experience in managing Azure environments (e.g., Entra-ID)
• Expertise in platform administration, monitoring, and governance, including the development and enforcement of governance guidelines
• Ability to estimate effort and costs for platform operations, including annual planning
• Expertise in the efficient management and synchronisation of different teams to ensure smooth collaboration and the successful implementation of releases
• Assertiveness in ensuring compliance with governance requirements and relevant regulations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to structure complex technical requirements within IT projects
