Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Analyze requirements, provide accurate estimates, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

In this role, you will be responsible for staying updated with industry trends, especially in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, and CRM technologies.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably with CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience writing unit tests.
  • Experience working in UNIX environments such as macOS and Linux.
  • Proficiency in UNIX command line and basic server operations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with SugarCRM development.
  • Hands-on experience with SugarCRM or similar CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
  • Experience with automation testing tools or frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Experience working in a global team supporting APAC/EMEA/NA regions.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
