Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a Community Liaison Officer to maintain stakeholder relations between our organization and the community.

• This role involves establishing and maintaining an effective relationship between the local community and our organization.
• You will build and foster an environment that supports community involvement and continuous engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community.
2. Develop and implement social management processes to mitigate project-related impacts and benefit local communities.
3. Liaise with project management and local government offices for planning and implementation of resettlement of households impacted by the project as relevant.

Key Qualifications:

• A university degree is required.
• General knowledge of local and state government practices is essential.
