IT Infrastructure Technical Support Specialist

As an Associate, IT Infrastructure at Celestica, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our site's operating environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and maintaining the operating environments
• Responding to incidents and problems
• Deploying new technologies
• Designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and testing PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware

You will also be responsible for troubleshooting problems reported by users, supporting Web access and telephony services, and acquiring, replacing, and decommissioning related equipment, software, and services.
