Job Title: Master Data Specialist​Join a leading organization and take on the role of Master Data Specialist, where you will be responsible for performing master data activities and acting as a data management subject matter expert. As part of our Global Business Services team, you will contribute to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all master data, identifying and resolving data quality issues, and adhering to procedure manuals.​Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation and maintenance of master data objects for all customers in accordance with process designs.
  • Ensuring ad-hoc reports are dealt with in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all master data; identifying and resolving data quality issues concerning Supplier Invoice Management tables.
  • Adherence to procedure manuals (SOX Controls).
  • Cleanse exercises for data objects in scope.
​Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University Degree.
  • Good command of English, spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Prioritizes own work/understands escalation trigger points.
  • Strong knowledge of master data internal and global procedures and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and liaise with superiors at all levels and departments, both inside and outside the group.
