Head of Growth

Are you a visionary leader who can champion our brand and drive growth? We’re seeking a Head of Growth who can lead marketing, own sales, and represent our agency as its top evangelist.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting and independently building a sales pipeline.
• Drive and execute growth marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, content marketing, webinars, and paid ads.
• Take ownership of both marketing and sales, handling discovery calls and consolidating both functions into one seamless role.
• Serve as the face of the brand—host webinars, participate in podcasts, and attend key industry events to evangelize our services and expertise.
• Build and nurture relationships with small e-commerce and FBA brands, driving client success and scaling growth.
• Lead sales efforts by managing client acquisition and strengthening ongoing relationships.
• Strategically represent the agency at conferences and networking events to drive brand awareness and build partnerships.
• Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to continually optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, take-charge attitude.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a track record of driving results and scaling businesses.
• 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years working with service agencies.
• 1+ year of experience working in e-commerce, particularly with small brands (experience with Amazon is a nice-to-have).
• Confident communicator and public speaker, with experience hosting webinars, speaking at events, or appearing on podcasts.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships, deliver results across multiple accounts, and lead from the front.
• Proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership and drive projects from start to finish.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Ability to juggle multiple growth initiatives and ensure timely, successful outcomes.
• Creative problem-solver who can develop innovative strategies for business growth.
