Client Security Manager with German

Seeking a Certified Security Professional to lead security management and deliver customer security requirements.

The Client Security Manager is a consulting and coordination role responsible for delivering customer security-related contractually agreed upon requirements. This involves collaborating with colleagues globally to deliver a secure and audit-compliant environment. As a highly visible customer-facing role, the CSM will have regular interaction with both Atos and the customer's senior management, maintaining an overview of all Information Security-related activities as the first point of contact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Client Security Relationship Management
• Running account security governance forums and ensuring operational security
• Developing and maintaining client-specific account security plans
• Managing and reporting security incidents
• Participating in security audit hosting and audit remediation activities
• Developing and maintaining appropriate Security Operating Procedures
• Escalating and resolving security delivery issues and coordinating delivery of security metrics and reporting in support of contractual commitments

Requirements:

• Education to degree level or equivalent professional qualification in the field of IT/security
• Experience in IT outsourcing business or 5+ years in industry vertical (a plus)
• Minimum 5 years' experience working in a risk management, audit, security or a technical delivery role
• In-depth knowledge and a fully proven and practical experience of the security standard ISO:27001
• Experience of ISO 27001 security audits/compliance audits, (ISO 27001 Lead auditor certificate required, CISA a plus), CRISC, CISSP and/or CISM certification (a plus)
• Able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders, up to and including CXOs, within Atos, the Customer account team, suppliers and third parties, on a day-to-day basis
• A strategic problem solver and result-oriented with ability to lead effectively in diverse, multi-national and virtual environments
• Proficiency in German and English
