Short-Term Rental Property Manager

The Short-Term Rental Property Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of various short-term rental properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, , and others.
This position ensures an exceptional guest experience from the initial inquiry through check-out, coordinates property maintenance and cleaning, and optimizes listings for maximum visibility and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Communication and Support: - Manage all guest communications before, during, and after their stay to ensure a high level of satisfaction. - Coordinate check-in and check-out processes, providing guests with all necessary information and support. - Address and resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Booking and Listing Management: - Create, update, and optimize property listings across various short-term rental platforms to enhance visibility and attractiveness. - Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market research and demand trends. - Keep track of booking schedules, ensuring no double bookings or scheduling conflicts occur.

Property Maintenance and Housekeeping Coordination: - Schedule and oversee cleaning and maintenance of the properties, working with either internal staff or external service providers. - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. - Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring properties are well-stocked and maintained.

Financial and Administrative Tasks: - Process payments, manage invoices, and maintain financial records related to the rental operations. - Prepare and analyze regular performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax obligations related to short-term rentals.

Team Coordination and Vendor Relations: - Collaborate with other team members, external partners, and service providers to ensure seamless operation. - Establish and maintain positive relationships with cleaning and maintenance vendors, negotiating services and managing contracts.

Continuous Improvement: - Stay informed about trends and developments in the short-term rental industry. - Gather feedback from guests to identify areas for enhancement in service, accommodation, or amenities. - Implement innovative solutions and processes to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using various property management software and platforms.
- Detailoriented with a strong focus on customer service.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous marketing experience
