Brand Strategy Implementation:
Develop and execute compelling brand strategies that resonate across different cultures and markets
Innovative Marketing Tactics:
Craft out-of-the-box marketing tactics tailored for both online platforms and physical retail environments. Focus on creating unique packaging designs and in-store experiences that align with our brand ethos.
Campaign Analysis:
Utilize web analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize the performance of our marketing campaigns across diverse channels.

Budget Management:
Create the budget and strategy. Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI while maintaining brand consistency.
Marketing Material Oversight:

Foster outstanding client service practices to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty

HANDS ON MANAGER
Team-leader with proven experience in brand and sales management, ideally in an international setting. Strong creative and analytical skills, with a knack for bringing innovative ideas to life. Your Role in Femieko's Future: As the International Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a key management role in shaping Femieko's future.
You will drive our brand forward, leveraging your skills to create impactful marketing strategies, nurture our retail partnerships, and ensure that every customer interaction with Femieko is memorable and positive, while managing the internal marketing team.
As a Sales and Marketing Manager at our company, you will:Build the marketing team and manage it efficiently. Coordination of all marketing materials and brand marketing plans. Develop & manage key relationships with key partners. Lead in the development of sales & marketing strategy. Implement & report on S&M strategy progress. Social media strategy and implementation. Engaging with key stakeholders within the business and externally in relation to sales and marketing functions. Identification of new products & assessment of current range performance. Developing internal and external marketing materials and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage/supervise/direct the team to deliver quality and on time assets according to the tasks Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our channels Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
What we look at:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a related field. Minimum 2 years experience in marketing. Experience in management may be advantageous. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Computer literacy across multiple sales and marketing-related programs. People Management and leadership skills. Key Account and Sales Management skills. Financial and commercial acumen. Strong data & analytical skills. Presentation skills.
