Senior IT Security Manager

Molson Coors is a leading brewer with a strong presence in over 50 countries, employing 18,000+ people across 30+ breweries and 130+ beer brands. Our Global Business Services (GBS) in Romania has grown significantly since its establishment in 2017, with a team of 650 people and a continuous growth trajectory.

We deliver centralized operations to our Molson Coors Business Units across the globe, covering Finance, Master Data, Commercial, HR, and IT Business Services. Our impressive portfolio includes Miller Genuine Draft, Madri, Staropramen, and Bergenbier.

The Senior IT Security Manager is a critical role that oversees the management of cyber risk and control programs, ensuring the protection of our IT environment and detection of cyber threats. This role is responsible for developing and implementing security standards, procedures, and policies to ensure the recovery in the event of a cyber disaster or other security critical incident.

This role will oversee the execution of security standards and processes by IT Security, IT Service Operations personnel, and 3rd parties, working closely with the IT Service Operations management team to provide direction, advice, and guidance on managing, communicating, and resolving events, incidents, and issues in line with business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk audits and assessments to evaluate IT security plans for effectiveness and integrate IT security policies with business operations.
  • Oversee experts who discover, assess, manage, and mitigate security risks.
  • Manage the quality of output of technical experts while building and executing tactical and strategic plans to address identified risks.
  • Develop and maintain technical experts in a rapidly evolving technical landscape, ensuring teams communicate, motivate, and work effectively with a given set of resources.
  • Ensure the organization's information security program is compliant with regulatory requirements, monitoring changes to regulatory requirements and updating the program accordingly.
  • Oversee two key security capabilities: Security Operations and Security Engineering, as well as several specialist roles responsible for Vulnerability Management, Cyber Risk Management, Cyber Controls Management, and Identity & Access Management.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Assess vendor risks, review vendor contracts or terms of service, and help teams understand third-party risks and data privacy issues.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in information technology, including 3-5 years of people management experience.
  • Good multi-platform knowledge, including Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, AWS, Azure, IP Network, firewalls, Office 365, etc.
  • Security functional knowledge, including EDR, SEIM/SOAR, intrusion detection, incident response, policy writing, vulnerability testing, operating system hardening, regulatory compliance, and data classification.
  • Experience in defining and implementing security solutions, policies, and technologies relating to Identity Management, Information Protection, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, and cloud technology.
  • Technical expertise in security architecture, enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and security concepts related to networking, endpoint security, cloud technology, cyber attack techniques, and incident handling procedures.
