BIA HCS cauta Arhitect Middle si Senior, pentru o importanta companie din domeniul constructiilor civile.
Responsabilitati:
- Reprezinta firma in cadrul intalnirilor cu beneficiarul, colaboratori, subcontractori, precum si in fata altor entitati in legatura cu proiectele pe care le coordonaeza;- Integreaza si coordoneaza in cadrul proiectului solutiile de arhitectura, rezistenta, instalatii, sistematizare verticala, etc.;- Coordoneaza si verifica echipa de arhitecti alocate proiectului pentru disciplina Arhitectura pentru care este responsabil;- Poarta raspunderea respectarii termenelor de predare a echipei de arhitectura pe care o coordoneaza;- Respecta bugetul de ore alocat proiectului pentru echipa de arhitectura;- Responsabil cu respectarea nomelor in vigoare in cadrul solutiei tehnice de arhitectura;- Evalueaza partial activitatea arhitectilor pe care ii coordoneaza si contribuie la imbunatatirea performantelor acestora;
CERINTE:
- Experienta in lucrul cu institutiile locale si centrale de stat si/sau clienti privati;- Cunostinte solide in cadrul urmatoarelor programe de ahitectura: locuinte colective, unitati de invatamant, sali de sport, spatii comerciale, birouri, cladiri pentru sanatate, etc.- Cunostinte solide a normelor si normativelor in vigoare pentru domeniul de Arhitectura;- Experienta in intocmirea documentatiei tehnice aferente tuturor fazelor de proiectare, conform HGcu modificarile si completarile ulteriore;- Experienta dovedita in elaborarea caietelor de sarcini si a diverselor tipuri de detalii arhitecturale.- Capacitatea de evaluare a impactului modificarilor de proiect;- Experienta dovedita in etapa de asistenta tehnica/urmarire a proiectului;- Capacitatea de coordonare a solutiilor tehnice aferente diverselor discipline din cadrul proiectului;- Buna comunicare atat pe plan intern cat si extern in vederea coordonarii tehnice eficiente a proiectului;- Cunostinte solide in Autocad – Autodesk, Revit – Autodesk – reprezinta un avantaj, Microsoft Office;- Cunostinte in proiectare BIM reprezinta un avantaj;

Datele personale puse la dispozitie de dvs. pentru a candida la aceasta pozitie vor fi prelucrate de BIA HCS in scopul identificarii candidatilor potriviti. Datele nu vor fi comunicate altor entitati, cu exceptia clientului pentru care BIA HCS desfasoara procesul de recrutare. Candidatii vor fi informati de catre personalul BIA HCS care este domeniul in care clientul isi desfasoara activitatea, cat si identitatea clientului, in masura in care aceasta nu a fost explicitata in anuntul de recrutare..
Dupa finalizarea proiectului de recrutare, avand in vedere faptul ca BIA HCS este o companie de recrutare, care isi poate derula activitatea doar daca detine o baza de date de potentiali candidati, datele personale vor fi pastrate in baza noastra de date, pentru a va tine la curent cu viitoarele pozitii ce se potrivesc profilului dumneavoastra.
