Responsabilitati:
Intocmeste si verifica situatiile si rapoartele financiar-contabile in concordanta cu planul de productie
(raportare recurenta sau ad-hoc), realizand analizele si ajustarile aferente, aplicand procedurile fiscale si
contabile in vigoare.
Responsabilitati principale :
Contribuie la conducerea Centrului de Servicii Partajat (SSC):
- Efectueaza sarcinile de productie alocate de catre Team Leader – activitati de inchidere de luna, reconciliere de conturi, analize contabilitate, corectii manuale, elaborare diferite situatii financiare;
- Participarea la diferite proiecte, oportunitati de imbunatatire de proces, automatizari, solutii de digitalizare impreuna cu membrii echipei si la indicatiile team leaderului;
- Asigurarea unei bune comunicari cu partenerii si prezentarea rezultatelor lunare/trimestriale conform unei guvernante stabilite;
- Adresarea solicitarilor initiate de catre clienti/partneri/ auditori in conformitate cu indicatiile Team Leaderului
- Participa la rezolvarea problemelor echipei si ridica alerte catre management daca este necesar;
- Pune in aplicare planul de actiune definit impreuna cu managementul;
- Participa la programul de rezilienta prin asigurarea de sesiuni de formare pentru formarea
inlocuitorului;
- Respectarea regulilor interne de securitate si confidentialitate;
- Declara incidentele de risc operational si anticipeza riscurile de productie;
- Participarea la initiative transversale (Referenti);
- Actualizeaza regular si pro-activ procedurile operationale.
Profilul candidatului ideal:
Capacitate de adaptabilitate si analiza
Cunostine contabilitate : nivel mediu
Experienta in domeniul contabilitatii
Cunostinte franceza : B1-B2
