Job Summary: Procurement Data and BI Analyst responsible for setting up full supplier selection process, supporting commodity strategy, building supplier relationships, and measuring performance.

Alstom, a leading company in the mobility sector, is seeking an ambitious individual to join its Cluj team. As a Procurement Data and BI Analyst, you will be part of the purchasing "Business Process Owner" team, responsible for transforming functions through digitization and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up full supplier selection process, including preparation and launch of Request for Quotation with suppliers, leading project negotiation, and monitoring procurement project QCDT & legal project evolution.
• Support commodity strategy by consolidating commodity needs, participating in commodity strategy and panel elaboration, and providing inputs to build differentiation.
• Build supplier relationships by supporting global supplier panel relationship, managing specific supplier panel relationship, measuring supplier performance, and assessing risky suppliers.

Performance measurements include savings P&L and Cost to Complete, Non-Conformities Event and On Time Delivery, and Panel situation Supplier compliancy status rate.

Requirements:

• Degree level qualification
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
• Fluency in French and English
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Initiative and autonomy
